With information on how to request Real-Time Payments (RTP) for QuickBooks Online (QBO) invoices.

To request RTP for QBO invoices, you can follow these steps:

Make sure that your QBO account is eligible for RTP. To do this, you can contact your bank or payment service provider to verify if they support RTP and if your QBO account is set up for it.

Create an invoice in QuickBooks Online.

Click on the "Send" button in the top right corner of the invoice screen.

Select "Request a Payment" and choose "Real-Time Payment" as the payment method.

Enter the required payment details, such as the amount due, due date, and bank account information.

Review the payment details and click "Send."

Your customer will receive an email notification with a link to make the RTP payment.

Once the payment is received, it will be automatically recorded in QBO.

Note that RTP payments can be processed within minutes, making it a fast and efficient way to receive payments. However, fees may apply, and it's important to verify with your bank or payment service provider on the applicable fees and limits for RTP transactions.
